Shevon Wilson Jnr was a
Kind, Considerate, Shy, Respectful & Loving young man.
He had just started an apprenticeship, bought his moped and 2 days before his untimely death he gave his father a new mobile phone to replace an old one that hardly worked.
He had a girlfriend that he kept a secret from his family for 7 months because he wanted to make sure she was the right girl before taking her home to introduce to his family.
Although this young man lived his life in a clean, honourable way It Didnt Seem To Be Enough To Live A Full Life.

He was Only 17yrs Old
Shevon leaves behind 3 heart broken sisters, a nephew mother, father a large very close family unit and many, many friends who cant believe their saint has gone.
We will miss him dearly but know that whereever Shevon Jnr is he will be spreading love & happiness.
we are striving for strength...its all we have at times like these...such a waste but we will find something positive from this.
RIP my beautiful Nephew You are now truly one of Gods Angels.

i would like to pay my respects to shevons family and friends, after watching the bbc programme i felt after on my brothers page i also had to come write on shevons. me and my partner thought shevons story was tragic and cant believe yet another one of are youths has been taking away from us. i lost my brother wen he was 18 to cancer and also from a brain tumour what was coursed from being mugged for his chain and mobile fone while we was in the park with our little brother and family dogs he then sadly went into a coma and passed away on 10th of december 2006. and i hope shevon and donovan have met up in heaven and are plotting there revenge now thor the criminals who to there lives aways. shevon came across as a young,smart kind young lad with a lot of respect.

Like many others, I became aware of Shevon's murder from the BBC documentary. What a beautiful boy he was and it was clear to see he had so much potential in life. I was also very touched by the vast network of friends he had; friends who were willing to do anything for him. I am so, deeply sorry for your loss and hope greatly that knife crime gets put to a stop - for Shevon's sake.
I obviously didnt know Shevon but i watched his story on the documentary and i cried. He seemed such a beautiful person and i would be very honoured to have a friend like him. r.i.p.x
i dont knnow shevon, but iv'e just finished watching 'scenes of a teenage killing' and i must say shevons story made me cry the most.
he was absolutly beautiful and seemed like he was very matture,respectful and pleseant.
im so sorry to the whole of his family.

Having lost a friend to knife crime myself I really do sympathise with your pain and anguish and would just like to send my most sincere condolences to you all...Family and friends. i have literally just finished watching scenes from a teenage killing on bbc three and i have cried for 2 hours straight. Shevon's story hit me the worst so i decided to search for him on here to send love across to you and your family. I know it wont mean much because nothing can change what happened but i think your whole family are amazing and he sounded like a lovely lad who didnt deserve to die especially that young!

Life sentence today...
Rest in Peace Shevon, your murderer has been handed a life prison sentence today of which he has to serve a minimum of 17 years.
Shine down upon your Mum, Dad and sisters they are all totally devastated.
Your memorial bench still looks beautiful and it's visible for all to see just how truly loved and respected you were.
You will never be forgotten, sleep peacefully xx
